The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2338 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §17A-10-3a the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing the owner of an antique military vehicle to display alternate registration insignia that is compatible with the vehicle’s original markings in lieu of a registration plate.”
